Heat up to 30 seconds at a time in microwave or place in a Freezer Ziplock bag and then into the freezer to cool. The Freezer Ziplock bag protects your heat pack from absorbing food odors and moisture while in the freezer.

Hand Warmers were designed to keep hands warm in pockets and gloves for short lengths of time.

Other uses of this design are for bumps and bruises, headaches, dental pain, sinus pain and ear aches. You can also use them over the eyes to help relieve Headaches, Migraines, dry eyes and puffy eyes.
