Heat up to 30 seconds at a time in microwave or place in a Freezer Ziplock bag and then into the freezer to cool. The Freezer Ziplock bag protects your heat pack from absorbing food odors and moisture while in the freezer.

The 10x6 inch Waistband Wearable was designed with small tightly filled channels that make this pack versatile and perfect for tucking in the front, hip or back of the waistband of pants. This allows you to wear your pack without anyone noticing.

Other uses of this design are for bumps and bruises, headaches, dental pain, sinus pain, ear aches, dry eyes, puffy eyes, on a shoulder or under a bra strap.

This pack is light weight and takes up minimal space when working and traveling.
